  2. No Lawyer–Client or CA/CS–Client Relationship by Default
    Viewing our website, sending an inquiry, or sharing documents does not create a professional engagement. An engagement begins only after we accept your request in writing, define scope, fees, and timelines. Where a service legally requires a licensed professional (e.g., Practicing Company Secretary for Secretarial Audit), we coordinate through empanelled professionals; their independent terms apply.

    All registrations, approvals, certifications, and filings are subject to applicable law, document verification, government portal availability, policy changes, and officer discretion.   4. Client Responsibilities and Data Accuracy
    You alone are responsible for correctness, completeness, and timely submission of your information and documents. Any delay, query, rejection, penalty, loss of benefit, or non-compliance arising from incorrect/late data, undisclosed facts, or change of facts remains your risk. Ongoing statutory compliances after a one-time registration are not included unless expressly contracted.

  5. Government Fees, Third-Party Charges, and Platform Downtime
    Our professional fee is separate from all government fees, challans, stamp duty, notary, courier, attestation, payment gateway charges, DSC token costs, certification body fees, or partner professional fees unless stated otherwise. Government portals (GSTN, MCA, DGFT, ITD, EPFO, ESIC, State Shops & Establishments, Udyam, etc.) may face downtime; we are not liable for delays or system errors.

6.1 GST Registration and Related Filings
Approval depends on GSTN/KYC verification, site verification, place-of-business proof, bank/KYC, risk rating, and applicable rules. Choice of scheme (regular/composition), HSN/SAC mapping, and returns depend on facts you provide. We do not guarantee ITC eligibility, refunds, or cancellation outcomes.

6.2 Company Registration (MCA)
Name availability, DIN/KYC, registered office verification, MOA/AOA objects, and approvals are at MCA/RoC discretion. Post-incorporation and continuous compliances (board meetings, filings, audit, taxation, labor laws) are not included unless separately engaged.

6.3 Trademark Registration
Searches reduce risk but do not guarantee registration. Examination, objections, oppositions, class selection, user claim, and evidence are fact-specific and subject to Registry discretion. Use “TM/®” is governed by law; misuse can attract penalties.

6.4 ITR Filing
Tax computation is prepared from data you share. Deductions, exemptions, set-offs, losses, TDS/TCS matching, and refunds depend on correctness of information and CPC/Assessing Officer processing. Refund credit timeline is controlled by the Income Tax Department. Positions taken are based on reasonable interpretation; risk remains with the taxpayer.

6.5 Importer Exporter Code (IEC)
IEC issuance and modifications are governed by DGFT policy, Aadhaar/PAN validation, and bank/KYC checks. IEC does not by itself permit restricted/prohibited trade or replace sectoral licenses.

6.6 ISO Certification
We provide consulting and readiness support. Certification is conducted by third-party accredited Certification Bodies. Grant/denial, scope, surveillance, and validity are solely their decision. We are not an accreditation body and do not guarantee certification.

6.7 PF & ESI Registration
Coverage depends on thresholds, nature of establishment, and headcount. Registration approval and code allotment are at EPFO/ESIC discretion. Monthly challans, returns, inspections, and payroll compliances are excluded unless separately engaged.

6.8 Secretarial Audit
Secretarial Audit, where applicable, is conducted by a Practicing Company Secretary as per law. Our role may be coordination/document support. Findings, qualifications, and report content are the PCS’s independent professional opinion.

6.9 Shop/Establishment Registration
State-specific laws apply; local inspections and officer discretion may affect grant/renewal. State-wise document lists and timelines vary. License does not substitute other local/sectoral permissions.

6.10 Digital Signature (DSC)
DSCs are issued by licensed Certifying Authorities (CAs) after KYC/video verification. Token issuance, class/type, validity, suspension, or revocation are CA-controlled. Keep tokens secure; misuse due to loss/compromise is your responsibility.

6.11 MSME (Udyam) Registration
Classification (Micro/Small/Medium) depends on notified thresholds and data validation. Benefits (tenders, subsidies, interest subvention, credit guarantees, etc.) are governed by separate schemes/eligibility. Registration alone does not ensure benefit sanction.
